"I could not recommend it highly enough. The enthusiasm and experience of the trainers of the course is of a very high standard. The Butterfly device is excellent and storage of scans is very straightforward. It’s a gamechanger!"

Dr Barbara Byrne

"I don’t think there’s been a day since I started the course that I haven’t used the scanner on someone"

Dr Raymond Rowan

"I envisage that in the near future this device will be a tool on every GP’s desk alongside a stethoscope and dermatoscope"

Dr Antoinette Butler

This Point-of-Care Ultrasound course is structured specifically for General Practitioners and provides attendees with information around image acquisition, probe manipulation, image reporting, uploading to the cloud and information on common pathology.

After attending the hands-on workshop day, attendees will receive ongoing supervision and mentoring of cases for approximately 6 months after the workshop, before then attending an in-person 'finishing school' to consolidate knowledge and demonstrate competence.
